Refund Policy





We are happy to offer free returns for store credit only for the time being. We are thankful for your patronage, but as a small business, we hope you understand how difficult refunds are on our business as we try to get it off the ground during COVID-19. You may return Full-Priced items for store credit as long as we are contacted within 8 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged.  All original tags must be attached. If returning footwear, the original box and contents must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that don’t fulfill these criteria.  If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you, and store credit will not be granted. 

SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR CREDITED. 

 

Additional non-returnable items: 

Swimwear, Lingerie, Hosiery

 

We are happy to offer exchanges. Please contact us to return your item, and upon receipt and inspection, we will ship your new size out. 

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items that have been further reduced. Please know that we carry a limited size run and sell out quickly- you would be securing your size at the time of purchase. We are also unable to honor discount codes that are not used at the time of checkout. 

 

To initiate a return or ask any questions about returns, please email contact@modiste.shop with your order number and reason for return.  

All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your return package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns happen at your own risk. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

 

To Prepare your Return Shipment, please email contact@modiste.shop and request your return, fill out the form sent to you via email, and prepare your shipment. 

 

STORE CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your code for store credit will be sent to your email for future use.
