Phoebe English is an England-based fashion designer and is the head of her eponymous label. She stands out amongst others in the field for not only her complete and utter rejection of the idea of fast fashion, but for actively working against it. Every step of her production occurs within London, effectively reducing the brand's footprint on the environment. She thrives while producing communicative design and construction, and thus creates wearable, yet unique wardrobe heirlooms.
