Antwerp-born Stéphanie Caulier was inspired to create her own luxury knitwear line after stumbling upon a knitting café whilst on a trip to New York City. When she returned home to Australia, she reflected on the nostalgia of her experience in Manhattan and sought out to implement unique – and often forgotten – knitting techniques with the hopes of bringing something new to the industry. The brand's iconic chunky knits are a Mr Mittens staple, made possible through none other than the reverse purl stitch.
